The ergonomic design of the hand grip is great for building strength in your fingers, elbows and forearms. The grip is made of PC + TPR with an adjustment spring for greater durability. Non-slip handles are covered with soft and comfortable rubber. Our hand grip has an easily adjustable knob where you can choose the level of resistance, based on your muscle capability.
